The Hong Kong Economic Association is holding its third Biennial Conference on January 14-16, 2005 at Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel and Lingnan University, jointly with Western Economic Association International. The general theme of the Pacific Rim Conference is "Globalization and Regionalism".
